Description
This is an image of a reflection of trees and rocks in a river in North Carolina. See the faces in the flipped, vertical image? I see at least three. And, maybe an insect with antennae. The reflection in the river is on the right side of the image. I'm fascinated by the phenomenon of pareidolia. Pareidolia is a psychological phenomenon in which the mind responds to a stimulus, usually an image or a sound, by perceiving a familiar pattern where none exists.

A wonderful and intriguing image. And I see both faces AND figures! What a great way to use nature.
